This has got to be one of the EASIEST and light cakes I have ever made.
I found this recipe while waiting in line for Michael’s the other day and saw this gorgeous and mouth-watering chocolate cake on the front. In 30 seconds, I snapped a picture of the recipe and decided to try it myself. Well friends, it is a keeper. 100%.
And guess what…
It’s so light, airy, and healthy that it is okay for diabetics to eat. I promise, I am NOT lying to you.
It serves 12, only 179 calories per slice, and there is less than a cup of sugar in the cake.
